The Government approved above tariff rates according to the notice no. 845/PMO dated 06/06/05 applicable as from July 2006 to December 2011 with a 1% average increase for the overall tariffs. Adjustment will be made for inflation. Tariff rates above are not applicable for direct import power purchase agreement, Example: Xepone copper/gold mine , Phu Bia Mining and Lao cement factory  projects.
